How long is your contract?

Is the training done on-site?

We can train on-site, but most POS training today is done remotely. We provide video recordings of your personal training so you can utilize the training as needed for new staff or as a refresher.

Is your POS user friendly and easy to use?

Is your system PCI compliant?

HP POS equipment includes a 3-year next business day on-site international warranty. This warranty can be extended to 5-years, at time of purchase.

What about inventory tracking?

Our system includes both Food & Beverage ingredient level recipe-based inventory and a Retail item level inventory that can utilize barcodes. Both are included at no additional cost with our PRO and Enterprise solutions.

What is the difference between your PRO and Enterprise offering?

PRO is our fully functional rOS solution for individual locations and Enterprise is designed for multi-location chains and franchises that want control and consolidated functionality.

Can I create custom reports?
